This version of "Movie Star" is a little-known, thus interesting, addition to The Vault's Royal Court. It is of note that  subsequently released his studio version of "Crystal Ball", however, this was the first released version of the song. Thus, it qualifies for this list.
The two artists collaborated on several songs around 1987, none of which have surfaced officially. This track was not one of the tunes the pair worked on together, however, Miles Davis performed his version for years on the road. This is the first copy to officially surface and this live album is listed on the official Miles Davis homepage discography.
The Vault has yet to hear this version, however, it is more than likely an instrumental.
