Chaos And Disorder
This album marked O{+^'s final Warner Brothers release. As part of a compromise to get out of his contract, he had to actively promote the album for the label. In the end, the label released one single with little promotion. O{+^ did little to help as he only appeared on The Today Show and David Letterman.

O{+^ already had his heart in Emancipation and the album was of little consequence to him. In fact, it was rumored that he presented a country album to Warner Brothers instead of Chaos And Disorder, only to have it rejected. The album sounds incomplete and some tracks even have a demo feel to them. Primarily rock with some hip hop inspired tracks, Chaos And Disorder falls short in the effort department. Still, it is a fun album to listen to for the same reasons.

When the smoke cleared, O{+^ was free of his near-twenty year tenure with Warner Brothers. As part of the contract-ending compromise, O{+^ is rumored to have had to submit an album of previously unreleased material, supposedly titled The Vault.
