Dirty Mind

Whatever Prince was doing up until this album, forget it for a while. Dirty Mind is a classic among Prince listeners and rightfully so. The artist was recording demos for his own personal use and Warner Brothers decided to release it as his next album. The result is raw rock-influenced funk with Prince's own signature sound. While there are no well-known commercial hits, the album is full of favorites among those who follow Prince's music closely.
